Franklin County will accept bids for field lighting for the recreational facility until 9:00 am, October 25, 2010 in the County Judge’s office, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457. Bids will be opened and awarded in Commissioner’s Court on October 25, 2010 at 9 am. Specs may be picked up at the Treasurer’s office or by calling 903-537-8334. Franklin County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
