Franklin County will accept sealed bids until 9:00 A.M. Monday, November 22, 2010 at the Franklin county Treasurer’s office located at 208 Hwy. 37 South in Mount Vernon, Texas 75457 for one new or recent year used motorgrader. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked Motorgrader. Sealed Bid on outside of envelope. Motorgrader must be rated in the 190/245 net/max horsepower range, AWD, articulated, cab, air, heat, radio, minimum 14 ft. blade, front push block, rear ripper/scarifier with minimum standard equipment operating weight of 36000 lbs. Specify any optional equipment on machine.
Machine must come with operators manual, parts book, warranty information, delivery date, and financing options with or without trade-in allowance for one 1990 Fiat Allis FG85 motorgrader with 14 foot blade and/or minimum $40,000 down payment on Jan. 10, 2011 and balance paid in 3 equal annual payments. Franklin County reserves the right to accept or deny any and all bids and to slightly deviate or alter specs if in the best interest of the county. For more information, contact Deryl W.
