Notice is hereby given The County of Franklin is requesting proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers for The Restoration & Rehabilitation, Exterior Phase – Franklin County Courthouse. . Plans, specifications and qualification statements can be obtained from RBR Construction, Inc. by contacting Krystal Horton at 817-341-1467. A re-fundable plan deposit of $100.00 is required for each set. Plans can also be reviewed on our website (www.rbrconstruction.com). Please call Krystal Horton for instructions. Pre-qualification information is required to be submitted to the CM @ Risk no later than December 15, 2010 at 3:00 PM by facsimile or email. A pre-bid meeting will be held Friday December 10, 2010 at 10:00 AM CST at the Franklin County Courthouse courtroom 200 N. Kaufman St, Mt. Vernon, TX 75457. Attendance to this pre-bid meeting is HIGHLY recommended.
