Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 43.063, that the Mount Vernon City Council will hold public hearings at the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 109 North Kaufman Street, Mount Vernon, Texas, Tuesday, January 11 and January 18, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following:

Receive comments on the annexation of NIFS Enterprises, LLC property located at 852 Highway 67 West, Mount Vernon, TX 75457, and being 24+/- acres of land situated in the J. Truitt Abstract #480, Franklin County within the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.

All interested parties are hereby notified and invited to appear and be heard concerning the proposed annexation.
