It is proposed to be a new legal description of Lot 1R Phase VII Eagle Point Subdivision and .849 acres miscellaneous tract.
The first reading for will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on Feb. 14, 2011, at 9:00 AM and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on Feb. 28, 2011, at 9:00 AM.
