This notice makes a public request to revise Lot(s) 1R of South Shore Addition as shown by Plat recorded on page 162B, plat cabinet and a 2.5 acres leaseback, part of a called 50.702 acres as shown in Volume 165 Page 915, Deed Records, Franklin County Clerks Office at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas, It is proposed that these tracts be combined as one and platted to the limits of a new retaining wall.
The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioners Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on February 28, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioners Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on March 14, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.
