Hickory Hills Development

This notice is to make public a request to revise the plat for the Hickory Hills Development of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record in Volume E, Page 122, Surveyors Records of Franklin County. It is proposed that the boundaries for Lots 8B and Lot 9, Phase 1, be revised to create one lot to be designated as Lot 9R owned by Riley and Lynn Spraggins.  The first hearing for consideration of this application was held February 28, 2011, at 9:00 a.m..  The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held March 28, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mt.
