Franklin County will accept proposals for a County depository until April 11, 2011 at 9 am. You may mail proposals to: Franklin County Judge, 208 TX Hwy 37,  Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.  Proposals will be opened on April 11, 2011 at 9 am.  Bids will be reviewed & awarded on April 25, 2011 at the Commissioner’s Court meeting at 9:00am in the Franklin County Annex located at 208 TX HWY 37, Mt. Vernon, TX . Specs may be picked up at the County Treasurer’s office or by calling 903-537-8334.
