NOTICE OF CONSTABLES SALE THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF FRANKLIN
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the JUSTICE COURT of FRANKLIN COUNTY on the 11th day of March, 2011, by the Clerk thereof, in hereinafter described cases in which Tall Tree Property Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff (HEREIN CALLED PLAINTIFF), I will proceed to sell at 10:00 O’clock AM on th 5th day of April, 2011, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the south entry door to the Franklin County Jail - Franklin County Law Enforcement Center at 208 TX Hwy 37. Mount Vernon, Texas, the following described property, to wit:
PLAINTIFF VS. DONNA K. SISK, In Cause No. CO1510 the following described property, to wit:
All that certain lot of land situated in Franklin County, Texas, being a part of the J.E. Hopkins Survey, A-217, being Lot 65, Unit 2, Tall Tree North Subdivision, as shown by plat recorded at PC 54A&B, Plat Cabinet Records of Franklin County , Texas, which property is described in deed from Darrel W. Larey, dated June 26, 1996, recorded in Volume 246, Page 722, Deed Records of Franklin County, Texas, and any and all improvements thereon;
Levied on the 11th day of March, 2011, as the property of DONNA K. SISK to satisfy a judgement amount to $3,101.04, representing penalties, interest, and attorney’s fees through the date of judgement, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoveralbe by lae in favor of Plaintiff.
