You have been sued. You may employ an attorney.  If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of ten days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.

You are to answer by filing with the Justice Court of Pct No. 1, Place 1 of Franklin County, Texas, in the city of Mt. Vernon, Texas in the suit styled TOTAL PAVING / DAVID ANDERSON, plaintiff VS. STEVE HATTON, defendant, Cause No. S01942 on the docket of  said court filed on 10th day of August, 2009.

Plaintiff states that Defendant caused Plaintiff harm by defaulting on contract, which caused Plaintiff to suffer damage in the amount of $6,248.00. Plaintiffs address is 42 Mary St, Mt. Vernon, Franklin County, Texas
