By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the DISTRICT COURT of FRANKLIN COUNTY on 19th day of April, 2011, by the Clerk thereof, in the case of

TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. VS. DONALD DEAN BURTON

In Cause No. 11,108 and to me, as CONSTABLE directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell at 10:00 O’clock AM on the 7th day of June, 2011, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the Official door of the Law Enforcement Center of said Franklin County, in the City of Mt. Vernon, Texas, the following described property, to wit:
Those two lots in the J.D. Nelson Survey, A-355, of Franklin County, Texas, being Lots 119 and 120, Tall Tree East Subdivision, shown by plat in PC 49A & B, Plat Cabinet Records of Franklin County, Texas.
Levied on the 20th day of April, 2011, as the property of DONALD DEAN BURTON to satisfy a judgment amount of $5,330.00, representing penalties, interest and attorney’s fees through the date of judgment, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law in favor of TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
