Franklin County will accept proposals for road materials, bulk fuel, and culverts until Monday, May 23, 2011 at 9 am in the County Judge’s office, 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457. Proposals will be opened in Commissioner’s Court on May 23, 2011 at 9 am. Specs may be piced up at the County Treasurer’s office or be calling 903-537-8334.
