This notice makes public to revise Lot 350 of Pine Valley Subdivision as shown by Plat recorded on page 61A & B, plat cabinet, Franklin County Clerk’s Office, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas. It is proposed to increase the size of the lot from .498 ac. to .571 ac. taking the original property line out to the permitted retaining wall.  The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, at their temporary meeting location, 208 Hwy 37, Mount Vernon, Texas on June 13th, at 9:00AM and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, at their temporary meeting location, 208 Hwy 37, Mount Vernon, Texas on June 27th, at 9:00AM.  Written comments may be send to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas. 75457.
