The City of Mount Vernon has received a contract award and a reservation system program agreement from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for reconstruction and rehabilitation of owner-occupied housing through the HOME Investment Partnership Program. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified professional management consultant to implement and administer the HOME activities.

Please submit your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for these proposed services per the proposal format available at the City of Mount Vernon, 109 N. Kaufman Street, P.O. Box 597, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457. The City must receive proposals no later than 5:00 pm on June 29, 2011 to be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms that submit proposals as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-102.
