The Court after considering the Petitions herein filed, the Motion for Summary Judgment and Partial Summary Judgment, and considering the arguments made, the cases provided and cited in the documents, evidence presented with the motion, it is hereby the decision of the Court that

(1) Plaintiffs’ Motion for No Evidence        Summary Judgment is hereby denied.
(2) Defendant Pelican Bay POA, Pelican Bay Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is hereby granted.

If the Defendant Pelican Bay will present the orders commensurate hereto, I will be glad to sign same
