The Franklin County Commissioners’ Court will conduct a public hearing to consider a plan for the County Clerk Archival Fund, Senate Bill 1731 enacted on September 1, 2003, to fund the preservation and restoration services performed in connection with maintaining a county clerk’s records archive.  The meeting will be held on September 15, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in the District Courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse Annex located at 208 Highway 37 in Mount Vernon, Texas.
