By Virtue of Order of Sale issued out of the Judicial District Courts of Franklin County by the clerk thereof in the following cases to the constable directed, the following properties which are more particularly described in the judgments entered in each cause, were levied on the 04th day of October, 2011, and will be sold at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of November, 2011 at the south door of the courthouse of Franklin County in Mt.
