Notice of Rate Change – Mt. Vernon
Effective with December 2011 statements, there will be some adjustments to the monthly rates for Suddenlink Advanced TV and High Speed Internet services. Specifically, Limited Basic will increase $3.00 per month; Expanded Basic will increase $0.95 per month; High Speed Internet will increase $2.00 per month if not bundled with other services; and High Speed Internet, when bundled with other services, will increase $1.00 per month.  The monthly  rate for the first occurance of each type of Digital equipment will increase $1.00 per month, video package pricing will increase $5.00 per month and the broadcast station surcharge will increase by $1.04 per month.  Customers who subscribe to HBO and/or Cinemax will see an increase of $2.50 per network per month.  These adjustments are necessary due to the rising cost of broadcast and cable network programming, equipment, insurance, network expenses for Internet service, and other factors.  Taxes, fees, and surcharges will also be adjusted accordingly. We have bundled packages that could help off-set the listed adjustments and potentially save customers money.  More than half of Suddenlink customers have already taken advantage of such offers, bundling two or more services with us.  For more information, please call 1-888-822-5151.
