TransCanada has applied to the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department for a general permit to remove or disturb less than 1,000 cubic yards of sand and gravel from and within the bed of an unnamed tributary to Little Cypress Creek (A), an unnamed tributary to Little Cypress Creek (B1), an unnamed tributary to Little Cypress Creek (B2), an unnamed tributary to Big Cypress Creek (C), an unnamed tributary to Brushy Creek (D), an unnamed tributary to Brushy Creek (E1), an unnamed tributary to Brushy Creek (E2), an unnamed tributary to Brushy Creek (F), and an unnamed tributary to Brushy Creek (G) in Franklin County. The purpose is for the installation of an underground pipeline crossing below the bed and bank of the referenced water features. The locations will be (A) downstream 0.65 miles from CR 3170, and upstream 0.59 miles from CR 3170, (B1) downstream 2.08 miles from CR 3190, and upstream 0.33 miles from Hwy 37, (B2) downstream 2.15 miles from CR 3190, and upstream 0.25 miles from Hwy 37, (C) downstream 0.14 miles from Hwy 37, and upstream 3.02 miles from Farm Rd 115, (D) downstream 0.57 miles from CR 3470, and upstream 1.56 miles from Farm Rd 1448, (E1) downstream 1.44 miles from Farm Rd 1448, and upstream 1.99 miles from CR 4430, (E2) downstream 1.44 miles from Farm Rd 1448, and upstream 1.99 miles from CR 4430, (F) downstream 1.44 miles from Farm Rd 1448, and upstream 1.99 miles from CR 4430, and (G) downstream 0.25 miles from CR 4330, and upstream 2.08 miles from Co Rd 4430.
