The Franklin County Commissioners Court will conduct a Public Hearing on adoption of a resolution to allow taxation of “Goods in Transit.” The review and/or adopt of the resolution will follow the hearing.
The hearing will be in conjunction with the regular meeting of the court at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 in the West Courthouse Annex located at 208 Hwy. 37S in Mount Vernon.
