NETO will be hosting a public hearing on November 29, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed estimated FFY 2012 Community Services Block Grant Performance Statement and  Budget to be operated by N.E.T. Opportunities, Inc.  The meeting location is Franklin County Multipurpose Facility, 208 Taylor Street in Mount Vernon.
