This notice makes public a request to revise the plat for the Northshore Addition, Phase VI-A,  in Franklin County, Texas. It is proposed that the boundaries for Lot Nos. 196R3, 197R, 199, and 200R, Northshore Addition, Phase VI-A, and a 0.48 acre tract, be revised into Lot Nos. 196R4, 197R2 and 198R, Northshore Addition, Phase VI-A, Franklin County, Texas.  The first hearing for consideration of this application will be held December 27, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.  The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held January 9, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mount Vernon, Texas.
