This notice makes public a request to revise the plat for the Cypress Point Development in Franklin County, Texas previously shown of record at Plat Cabinet 99-A - covering all of the development including Lots 1R through 10. The first hearing for consideration of this application will be held December 27, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held January 23, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mount Vernon, Texas.
