It is proposed as Lot 75-R and 77-R in said Tall Tree, Section 3 addition, Franklin County, Texas first reading of the request will take place in the Franklin County Commissioners Court, 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on January 9, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioners Court, 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on January 23, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.. Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
