for the Franklin County Historic Courthouse Restoration Interior Phase. K. “Mike” Michaelson, Franklin County Auditor, 502 E Main Street, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457. Sealed qualifications must be in the office of the County Auditor on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2012 in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Request For Qualifications for Construction-Manager-As-Constructor for Franklin County Courthouse Interior Restoration”. Requests will be opened during the regularly scheduled Commissioners Court Meeting on Monday, April 9, 2012 starting at 9:00 A.M. Only the names of the proposers will be read aloud at that time. Franklin County reserves the right to reject any and all requests. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday March 29, 2012 in the Commissioner’s Courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse, 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas.
