In your proposal please name your carrier(s) and the A.M. Best Company rating that they hold.  These companies should also hold a financial size category of VIII or better.  The following information is also requested regarding your policy proposal:

All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked clearly on the outside:  PROPOSAL NAME, DUE DATE AND TIME.  Proposals should be submitted to Mount Vernon ISD, P.O. Box 98, Mount Vernon, TX 75457.  Proposals must be received by 1:00 p.m., May 1, 2012.  Proposals will be opened at this time.  Mount Vernon ISD reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals to protect the best interest of the school district.
