Franklin County will accept proposals for road materials, bulk fuel, and culverts until Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 9 am. Sealed bids should be sent to the County Judge’s office, 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457. Proposals will be opened in Commissioner’s Court on May 29, 2012 at 9 am. Specs may be picked up at the County Treasurer’s office at 208 S. Hwy. 37, Mount Vernon, or by calling 903-537-8334.
