Sealed bids addressed to Eddie Turner, City Administrator, City of Mount Vernon, Texas, 109 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas, 75457, will be received until Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. , for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for construction of the City’s Waste water Collection System Improvements at State Hwy 37 and Interstate Hwy 30 project, in accordance with the project plans and specifications.  At the time stated, proposals will be opened and publicly read at the Mount Vernon City Hall, 109 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, TX, 75457.

Contract documents including bid proposal forms, plans sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge (with the option to purchase hard copies) at www.civcastusa.com. Printed copies of the Contract Documents may be viewed at KSA Engineers, Inc. located at 140 E. Tyler Street, Suite 600, Longview, TX 75601.
