The City Council of the City of Mount Vernon will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m., June 12, 2012 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 109 N. Kaufman Street, Mount Vernon, Texas.
The purpose of this hearing is to hear evidence for or against a request made by the reinvestment zone board to amend the boundaries of the City of Mount Vernon (view legal description at City Hall).
