NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two (42) days after the date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.”
You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Counterplaintiff’s First Supplementary Counterpetition at or before 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, August 20, 2012 before the Honorable Scott McDowell, 62nd District Court of Franklin County, at the Courthouse in said County in Mount Vernon, Texas. Said Counterplaintiff’s First Supplementary Counterpetition was filed in said court on the 26th day of June 2012 in the above entitled cause.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit:
Partition of 52.5 acres, part of J. Moore Survey, Abstract 315,
Franklin County, Texas
as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit.
