This notice is to make public a request to revise the plat for Kings Country Subdivision of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record at Slide No. 19 A&B,  Surveyors Records of Franklin County. It is proposed that the boundaries for Lots L40, L41, and an Access Tract, Section Two, be revised to create one lot to be designated as Lot L41R owned by David and Janis Philips.  The first hearing for consideration of this application will be held July 23, 2012, at 9:00 a.m..  The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held August 13, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mount Vernon, Texas.
