This notice makes public a request to revise the plat for the King’s Country Development of Franklin County, Texas, shown at Plat Cabinet 65B, Plat Records of Franklin County, Texas, in order to allow Lot 3, Block 5, Section V, King’s Country to be removed from the plat and the development and consolidated with open land adjoining other land of the owner of said lot. The lot involved in this request for deplatting is to be designated as 0.27 acres of land. The hearings for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held on August 13, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. and August 27, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Court in the Franklin County Courthouse Law Enforcement Center, Mount Vernon, Texas.
