The Franklin County Commissioners’ Court will conduct a public hearing to consider a plan for the District Clerk’s Technology Fund, Senate Bill 1685, to fund the preservation and restoration of the District Clerk’s records. The meeting will be held on September 20, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall located at 109 North Kaufman Street in Mount Vernon, Texas.
