The City of Mount Vernon is accepting bids on the following item:

1998 Dodge 350 extended cab pickup -1 ton -4 wheel drive

Truck can be seen at the Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 326 N. Kaufman Street during normal business hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.  All bids must be clearly marked “SEALED BID” and returned to the City Secretary’s office at City Hall, 109 N. Kaufman Street, Mount Vernon prior to October 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened.  The City has the right to reject any or all bids.
