This notice makes public a request to revise the plat for the King’s Country Development of Franklin County, Texas, shown by Plat recorded on Slide 19A, Plat Cabinet of Franklin County, Texas, in order to allow Lots L6 and L7, Section 11, King’s Country to be consolidated into one lot. Lot L6R is as replat of all of Lots L6 and L7, Section II, Kings Country in the W.Y. Lacy Survey, A - 277 and the T. Starnes Survey, A - 455, as shown by the Plat Recorded on Slide 19A, Plat Cabinet, Franklin County, Texas. The lots  involved in this request for replatting are to be designated as 0.344 acres of land. The hearings for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held on October 9, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. and October 22, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Court in the Franklin County Courthouse Law Enforcement Center, Mount Vernon, Texas.
