This notice makes public a request to revise the plat for the Northshore Addition, Phase VII,  in Franklin County, Texas. It is proposed that Lot Nos. 67B and 68R, Northshore Addition, Phase VII, be combined into Lot No. 68R-2, Northshore Addition, Phase VII, Franklin County, Texas.  The first hearing for consideration of this application will be held October 9, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.  The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision will be held October 22, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mt.
