A public hearing will be held at the Franklin County Multipurpose Facility located at 208 Taylor Street in Mount Vernon, October 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. This hearing is concerning the proposed estimated FFY 2013 Community Services Block Grant Performance and Budget to be provided by N.E.T. Opportunities, Inc. for Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains, Red River, Titus Counties.  Questions about this program and public comments are welcome.
