THE TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1 ADOPTED AMENDMENTS TO ITS OFFICIAL MANUAL OF POLICIES, RULES, AND REGULATIONS WITH REGARD TO SPECIFIC USE PERMITS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ANY CONFLICTING ORDER OR REGULATIONS PASSED BY THE TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.

The Board of Directors of the Titus County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1, at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, November 19, 2012, adopted its amendments to the Official Manual of Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Titus County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1.

The adopted amendments pertain to SECTION 6 – PERMITS, SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES and SECTION 10 – FISHING AND HUNTING.

The adopted amendments make the failure to comply with any of the amendments subject to penalties in accordance with federal, state or local laws.  

The full text of the adopted amendments is on file at the principal office of the Titus County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1, located at 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, TX, where they may be read by any interested person.
