Franklin County will accept bids until 7:00 A.M., February 28, 2013 for one new loader/backhoe, minimum 90 gross h.p., 4 wheel drive,  clam  shell bucket, extendable backhoe with heavy duty bucket, forward/reverse shuttle, cab, air conditioning, radio, plus all standard cab and tractor accessories.
