Skyway Towers, LLC is proposing to construct a telecommunications (FCC form 854 File No. A0825679) tower located in the John C. Sullivan Survey, Abstract No. 423, Franklin County, Texas also addressed as 425 CR SE3390, Winnsboro, Texas 75494 at Lat N33 01 44.2; Long 95 14 28.5.  The tower proposed is a 300’ guyed tower with lighting proposed to be dual red/white medium intensity as determined by the FAA.  In accordance to the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), an evaluation is being conducted of the potential impacts the proposed tower facility may have on the environment.
