A Public Meeting will be held by the Ark-Tex Council of Governments Rural Transit District at the Mount Vernon Meal Center on Monday February 25, 2013 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at 208 Taylor Street, MountVernon, Texas 75457.  The public is invited to attend in order to provide insight into the public transportation needs in the Franklin County area.  For further information contact Pam Durham, Public Transportation Mobility Specialist, (903) 832-8636.
