This notice is to make public a request to revise the plat for lots in the Boiler Cove Subdivision, also sometimes identified as the L.D. Kemp Property, Section One,  of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record at Slide No. 100-A Plat Cabinet Records of Franklin County, Texas, and in vol. 127, page 169, Official Public Records of Franklin County, Texas.   It is proposed that the boundaries for Lot No. 14R-2 be changed to include part of Lot 12R with a new designation as Lot No. 14R-3; and that Lot No. 11R and the remainder of Lot 12R  be combined into one lot to be designated Lot 12R-2.  
The first hearing for consideration of this application will be held March 11, 2013, at 9:00 a.m..  The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held March 25, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mt.
