The public is hereby notified that the Commissioners Court of Franklin County, Texas, will hold a public hearing in the Franklin County District Courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37, Mt. Vernon, Texas 75457 on April 8, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. to hear evidence for or against granting a 3 year tax abatement on new improvements on real property to McDonalds of Mt. Vernon.
The public is invited to attend this hearing
