Jamie Seawright, Kara Hollingsworth, Savannah YoungJamie Seawright, Kara Hollingsworth, and Savannah Young were named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association’s Academic All-State team for softball.

Tigers named to All District teams

Kasey Cannaday, Matthew Bench, Tanner PattersonSeven varsity Tiger baseball players have received All-District honors for 16-3A. Tiger players who were named to the First Team All-District were senior Matthew Bench as short stop, junior Tanner Patterson at third base, and junior Kasey Cannaday as utility player.

Collins qualifies for State

Sienna Collins of Saltillo High School has qualified to advance to the State track meet in two events. She will compete in Austin on May 13-14.

Brown named Newcomer of Year in softball

Lady Tigers softball teamHeather Brown was named as  the Newcomer of the Year for District 16-3A softball. She is a freshman and played centerfield for the Lady Tigers.

Evans qualifies for State in four events

Kevi EvansMount Vernon High School sophomore Kevi Evans has qualified in four events at the State track meet.The meet will be May 12-14 at Mike A. Myers Stadium on the University of Texas campus in Austin.
