Strickland, Wagner chosen as District 16-3A MVPs

Junior high plays Daingerfield

The seventh grade football team beat Daingerfield 24-6 and the eighth grade game ended in an 8-8 tie.

JV white beats Cumby 16-6

Saltillo boys and girls teams are District 24-A champions

A total of five of the six Saltillo Lions cross country teams claimed the District 24-A championship at their meet on Monday, October 20 at Lake Bob Sandlin.

Junior high squads are District Champions

Seventh Grade District Champion Lady TigersThe seventh grade A volleyball team beat Paul Pewitt in the final game of the 2014 season in two sets by scores of 25-12 and 25-17. Both the Mount Vernon Junior High Lady Tigers 7A and 8A teams were undefeated for the 2014 season
