Saltillo runs at Miller Grove meet

The Salltillo cross country teams competed at the Miller Grove High School meet on Thursday, September 18. The boys varsity team claimed second place out of 16 teams, and the varsity girls team placed fifth out of 11 teams.

Junior varsity football teams come up short

Eight grade football beats Buffaloes 14-8

Tigers to face Pittsburg Pirates Friday Setpember, 26

Mount Vernon will travel to Pittsburg on Friday, September 26 to face the 0-4 Pirates, who have lost to Pleasant Grove, Gladewater, New Boston, and Atlanta. Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. at Pirate Stadium.
