The Franklin County Arts Alliance is planning a Snow Buddies Painting with Friends event Thursday, December 10.

The class will be taught by local artists. The registration fee is $35 per person and participants will leave with a finished canvas painting. See the November 19 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more details on how to register for this event.
