The Franklin County Arts Alliance (FCAA) will be hosts for an opening reception for Ron Bigony and his exhibit of top watercolor art. The reception will be 7-9 p.m. Friday, June 1 the Cultural Arts Center, at the corner of Rusk and Dallas Streets in Mount Vernon.
