Halloween contest, event registration open

The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is registering participants for the 2016 Trick-or-Treat Around the Square and Window  and Trunk Decoration contest, as well as the 2016 Trick-or-Treat Around the Square set for Monday, October 31.
