Members of the Winfield Volunteer Fire Department are seeking entries for their annual Christmas Parade. The parade will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 14 in downtown Winfield. See the November 28 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for information on how you can participate.
